Khai Tran, a Vietnamese immigrant raised in Camden, NJ, is a serial entrepreneur involved in Camden’s Revitalization. He is the Founder of Owner’s Magazine, a digital publication for startups and entrepreneurs, CEO of Waterfront Ventures, an organization dedicated to bringing 100+ startups and businesses to Camden, and cofounder of Waterfront Lab, coworking space, innovation hub and community center providing businesses moving into Camden office and event space. Khai’s goal is to empower Camden students and residents with resources, jobs, and internships, and opportunities to grow.
