John Cardone

John is human-centered designer, digital strategist, and educator. He is the Founder and Principal of Being Design Inc. a design and innovation consultancy that helps socially conscious brands in crease their impact in a digitally integrated world. He is particularly interested in how we can use design and education to create positive social change. John is passionate about urbanism, social impact, and the future of education. He believes all design should be human-centered, and that nothing is beyond scrutiny.

Prior to founding Being Design, John taught a course on urbanism at Syracuse University, made public art, and studied Arts and Education in Dakar, Senegal.
